Deposits, Costs, and fees

At Columbia, there are a few upfront costs associated with renting. These may include security deposits, as well as optional utility and amenity costs like electricity and cable. If applicable, there may also be pet fees and a parking spot fee. We're happy to answer any questions you may have about these costs!
