Applicants who do not meet the credit requirement or the income requirement will be required to have a cosigner. Cosigners must meet the same rental requirements outlined above.
Tenants are responsible for paying for the unit's electricity, as well as any internet and/or cable plans they wish to have.

After an application is approved, we require first month's rent, last month's rent, and a $500.00 security deposit.
Yes, parking is available in the building's attached garage. Parking is $200.00 per month and spots are assigned. Parking spots are subject to availability.
