Applicants who do not meet the credit requirement or the income requirement will be required to have a cosigner. Cosigners must meet the same rental requirements outlined above.
Tenants are responsible for paying for the unit's electricity, as well as any internet and/or cable plans they wish to have.
To apply, we use a program called MyRental. MyRental charges a $35.00 fee to process and provide us with the necessary reports.
